17 Quick & Easy Spring Dinners

I made these today. I can't get Farmers Cheese in the stores here in CA, but I ordered some from back east. I'm not much of a cook, but I followed instructions exactly, and they were fantastic! I had to add a little water to the dough, but once I did that, I was able to roll it better (it wasn't much water at all). I fried up some after boiling and froze the rest… SO good!

What should I do with the flowers I have picked if I need to pick more flowers in the morning.

This is VERY close to the McDonald’s sausage burritos! The whole process of letting them “rest” in the wax/parchment paper makes ALL the difference!! *Rotel (drained) instead of the separate tomatoes and chilies. *Frozen diced onions (I always rinse the ice off in a colander before sautéing)
