Does it make a big difference if the peanuts are left out of the crust?

I am writing this review only after I read the instructions and recipe. I was perusing recipes for one that is the same as the shrimp with lobster sauce that was common when I was young. Many of the current recipes are pale and do not incoperate black bean or ground pork. These things were essential to the dish that I remember. I am using Black Bean Garlic sauce to save a few steps. Ill check the amount of garlic flavor when I cook and may add a clove or two and fry to release the flavor before adding the black bean sauce to the pan. I will be boiling the pork to remove the myoglobin. I am used to Eggs dropped into the sauce much like egg drop soup and will be doing that to the eggs. I'll take pictures when done. Doubling the recipe.
