'Get Up & Go' Bars
I LOVE these bars and so does my family! I've eliminated the 1/2 cup of sugar completely, and swapped the amount of corn syrup with the amount of peanut butter (one cup of corn syrup and 1 1/2 cup peanut butter). I also added low sugar cranberries, dates, and apricots as well as walnuts, pecans, pepitos, and flax seeds. Oh, and of course dark chocolate chips. Delicious!

Maine Whoopie Pies
I've tried adding orange, peppermint , coffee and almond extracts to the filling and they are wonderful. Love tweeking for a new flair !
