My husband and I enjoyed this recipe and I don’t like pork much. It is quick and easy and you have most ingredients in your pantry. I added some garlic powder, cumin and paprika to the flour. I also added a shake of red pepper flakes to the sauce. If I have more time next time. I will add some onion and garlic. Im sure it is good without all my extras too. The pork was so tender. I served it with rice and broccoli.
In step 3, I’m confused, it says “until day and have turned reddish brown”, what does it mean by day or was that a typo?
