Baked Parmesan-Breaded Fish
It tasted great! But the recipe as written didn't work for me. I had a pound of perch which was divided into 11 small fillets. I had to use a LOT more breading mixture and butter to cover all that surface area. Paprika as 25% of breading? No way! I used about 1 Tbs smoked paprika for about 1 cup of crumbs & cheese. I added a bit of fresh parsley and salt. Due to the small size, mine were done in about 5 minutes. I used a thermometer with a target temp of 145 degrees F. It was good served with lemon juice and tartar sauce. Thanks for the recipe.

I followed this recipe completely. I wound up with 20 pint jars full. Should i have strained pears or maybe not so much vinegar. It looks runny.
