Ann Lander's Best Lemon Meringue Pie (With Never-Fail Meringue)
I am not a custard make, so more specifics about the timing for making the lemon curd would be helpful. I started with a boiling pot of water, with double boiler, but it took far longer than 7 minutes for the ingredients to thicken. It's now been over 5 hours in the fridge and the lemon filling is still as jiggly as when I first poured it into the pre-baked pie shell.

OH. MY. LORD. This was the most horrible piece of crap I have ever tasted. I shook for twenty minutes, and it was a soggy piece of nothingness. When it finally took a half decent shape, and I tasted it, I wanted to jump out of a window. It was so salty, so bland, so tame, and it made my two year old throw up. I followed the instructions exactly, and I was not rewarded in the slightest.

This recipe is perfect! 1 cup banana, 1 cup zucchini, and 1 cup pumpkin. The only extra thing I did was add chocolate chips. Delicious!!
