To avoid running salad dressing, I reduced the amount of mail to maybe $1 dollop. The light mayo especially will cause it to be runny. I've always liked my blue cheese dressing to be tangy so I use sour cream and the lowest sodium Italian dressing I can find. The need for lemon and any spices is eliminated that way so it's actually even easier! Sour cream, blue cheese crumbles and Italian dressing. Fabulous

I made this, but now I’m a bit concerned about the fresh herb/vegetable ratio to acidity. And every salsa recipe I’ve ever seen says to WB for 15 minutes and this said 10. Worried it’s not safe.
