Perfect Rice Every Time We Cook It!
That's not a double boiler; it's a steamer. I use a steamer for rice, and it's great, but I was hoping to find out if an actual double boiler does an equally good job.

I've made this a few times now. As mentioned by other reviewers, I only bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave in for another five minutes. Also, when I don't have lemon juice, I use lime juice and it's a very good substitute. This is a keeper.
