Tonight I used a similar recipe. Many years ago Grand Forks, B.C. had the Yale Hotel. My family would drive there just for borscht, bread and pie along with other Russian foods on their menu. It was all so good. Unfortunately, they hotel burned down. My parents did purchase a little recipe book on one of our trips there. We're so glad to have it. Tonight, I made the borscht. It is delicious. It is very similar to the recipe here. Just a few little differences. I bet this recipe is just as good!
