Top 100 Five-Ingredient Dinners

This is a great recipe as a foundation. Used 4 eggs with 4 tbsp of milk and increased cheddar cheese to 2/3 cup. In lieu of green onions I used leftover veggies from our Greek Chicken Tray Bake the night before (red onion, green/red/yellow peppers, artichoke hearts). Cooked in 20 minutes. Enough for 4 slices which we demolished. Hubby loves this.

Thank you for the recipe, I was wondering what to do with my lemon pudding mix. I bought a Cook n Serve, since I hate instant puddings. Can I use this with the recipe as well?
