I'm so disappointed in this recipe. I've made challah many times for years by hand or with a stand mixer. I thought I would try a recipe specifically for a a bread machine to try to save time making challah. The reviews looked good, but I should have looked more thoroughly. I knew as it was in the dough cycle that it wouldn't turn out. It had way too much water. I tried to save it by adding flour and got so frustrated. Really sad that I won't be able to bring this to an important dinner tonight.

I had half the dough left from the pizza and I made cheese breadsticks (Italian dressing for the base and mozzarella, Parmesan and Italian seasonings. Turned out really good.
