What temperature should this cooked at? I'm going to use 375. That should be safe.

This is a very good standard stuffing/dressing recipe. Adding apples, cranberries, and pecans along with 3 kinds of breads ups the flavor & sophistication profile vs. your mom's old recipe. I made as a dressing/casserole, and it definitely needed the broth for moisture, but might not if you stuffed a bird with it. Great recipe - will make again.
