Thanks for this! When we visited this restaurant, we were served two different rices based upon the entree we ordered. One was golden. We asked about them, in particularly the white rice with green herbs, and it was called "Good Rice."

Could the corned beef be made this way the day before, cooled, refrigerated and reheated in the same pan? I am feeding 16 for lunch and need to make sure it is fully cooked by noon. I don't like leaving the house in the morning with the oven on.
