Thank you for sharing your recipe! It's perfect bread. I've made it so many times since Christmas break that my recipe card looks year old. I'm making a loaf this very minute! My family, friends and neighbors just love it! I've made it as directed, adding a little more warm water though, and I've made it with a tweek. The tweeked version everyone loves, too! Substitutes: 1/4 C vegetable oil replaced with 1/4 C pesto olive oil + 4 Tbls butter. Perfection! I also found that I can let my bread machine use the rest cycle to let the yeast rise perfectly. Thanks again! Delicious!
