How long can I keep this recipe
I made this using Equal and Sugar Twin (both are aspartame) instead of Splenda, based on Vitalev’s comment. I also used a little less of the unsweetened chocolate as I am not a big fan of dark chocolate. I used walnuts because I didn’t have any peanuts. OMG It is delicious! Perfect marrying of peanut butter and chocolate, and just the right amount of sweetness! (I did find it quite rich though, so I can only eat small portions at a time) Although I left it in the fridge for six hours, it didn’t firm up to a solid fudge, it was a little soft, but who cares – I’ll eat it with a spoon it’s so darn good! ?? Note: I did the measuring, and 3 little packets of sweetener = 1 tsp, so I used 48 packets total for this recipe.
