This was so easy to prepare, and it's so good. I made it for a quick lunch this afternoon, and it was great. It served it immediately after making it, but I'd like to make it again, put it in a baking dish and bake it in the oven for a bit. I think it would be even better. But even the stovetop method produces a very tasty version. Thank you, Vicki. We enjoyed this.
