Chicken and Broccoli Quiche
I totally agree w/ others that pepper listed is way off. Scant 1/2 t is plenty. Also a better basic ratio is 4 eggs (not 3) to 1 C whole milk , plus 1 C shredded cheddar. 1 1/2 C add ins of choice. I use SMALL Broccoli floretts frozen...(thawed and squeezed DRY) most, cut in half. ?IF using fresh spinach sautee till well wilted, add in a good pinch of parmasean (fresh grated is BEST) You can use more spinach (up to 2 WELL BLOTTED or squzeed dryish. For a crustless quiche: Skip crust. Spray a 9 inch pie plate...I use a deep dish one or a 9" X 9" pyrex TIP ; For crustless version: You can use 5 Eggs/ 1-1/4 C milk/ 1-1/4 C shredded cheddar + 1-1/2 - 1-3/4C add ins of choice. Tad more cooked & blotted spinach. I Bake at 350...not 375. crustless
