I really liked this preperation, it inspired me!! It made sense when reading it. I wanted to kick it up a notch so I did some additions. Firstly, I used some fresh ginger and garlic along with the dried. I added a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, not for heat but for balance. I sauteed some onions with the chicken and tossed in some steamed brocolli. I served it over ramen noodles topped with sliced green onion tops and toasted sesame seeds. Everyone LOVED it!!!
