Top 100 Five-Ingredient Dinners

Made a batch yesterday using 2 bananas and a shredded apple, sugar/splenda-blend, and ran out of chocolate chips so had to finish off the 1 cup with about 1/8 cup of mini-chips. The 12 muffin cups were definitely more than 2/3-full (between to 3/4 and completely full!) but after 20 minutes baking they were fully cooked with some nicely browned tops. SUPER treat!

Should I use an electric hand mixer to cream the butter and powdered sugar?
