Liver and Onions
The butter makes ALL the difference! I am so happy I found your recipe! It was so delicious and way better than mom made when I was a child... Shhh!! :) I Google'd so many recipes and they all use oil, butter is definitely better. The thing I adopted was soaking the liver in milk for a couple hours in the fridge, it really worked to take away the bitter taste, and I sprinkled some dried mushroom powder in my flour to give the onions a kick in the end. Thank you again!
