This is a ten star recipe! Easy, inexpensive and delicious. I had never looked for Dashi powder before. i used umami broth, (Muso Company) in a green box from Japan. I also found a umami seasoning by Adams, and used a dash of that. Red miso and tons of pre-cut green onions and it was game on. I would agree with other reviewers, this is better than most restaurants, and a way lot cheaper. Thank you!!
