This is a sweeter dressing that is a little bit like Ranch. I added a little nonfat Greek yogurt just for protein (about a 1/2 cup) It wasn't enough to change the flavor profile, and added creaminess. Really good recipe!

I use buttermilk in place of the 1 cup of water in the cake batter. We sprinkle almonds on top of the frosting.
