We make this a lot while camping. It’s filling & easy! Sometimes we make it over the fire. But mostly on our outdoor kitchen RV. I will say, I cook my eggs separately & add to the mix. We add pico to the adult part.

Do you freeze these before you bake them for a later date? And, what are the instructions for cooking from frozen?
