A delicious soup that the whole family really liked! One think I'd do differently is to add the broccoli and carrots to the chicken broth and cook some before adding the cream and milk. Hubby suggested a little more cheese could be added . Outside of that, the recipe was perfect!

I sought out a recipe for carrot pancakes that puréed the carrots, instead of using shredded carrots like one would use for a latke type, because I “inherited” a can of cooked sliced carrots! Perfect recipe, and also I just amped up the savory elements by adding in Moroccan spices & toasted crumbled walnuts to the batter, about a heaping 1/2 cup of walnuts quickly toasted in the same skillet warming up to cook the pancakes…. Then I added a pair of lamb tamales & a warm black bean & corn salsa for my filling brunch dish… 10/10 will try with fresh carrots next!
