I wanted Pepper-crusted Salmon for dinner. I came across this recipe. I changed it up a little and it was one of the best Salmon recipes I have had the chance to enjoy. I washed the filet of salmon and patted it dry with a paper towel. I put a generous layer of fresh ground peppercorn on top. I used the mayo then put a generous layer of Progresso seasoned bread crumbs. I mixed the cheese into the crumbs before adding them to the filet. I baked it at 350 in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. I served it with baby spinach and stuffed grape leaves. Delicious would be an understatement. So glad I found this. It will be my go-to recipe for Salmon from now on. Thank you for sharing.

I add a good splash of Mexican Vanilla while the mixture is on the stove top heating, giving the recipe my own flare ??. (My Daughter decided to put Hazelnut spread on her half my husband I chose to stick with P.B. As you notice... we couldn't wait!.. this was a great, Easy, Kid- friendly, Quick Recipe.?? Thanks!
