I made as written but used heavy cream that needed to be used. The recipe was bland, so I added a more black pepper, little garlic powder, garlic citrus seasoning and Flatiron crushed pepper. Really good after the fix. I used the green can Parmesan because we are out of town and I forgot the block of fresh.
