88 All-Time Best Dinner Recipes

Made this yesterday to use instant oatmeal packets someone gave me. Many have asked what size packets so I looked at another similar recipe that called for 215g total. I exceeded this a bit since my packets were 28g (.98 oz) each, using 8 packets for a total of 224 g. Made as written but I made walnut-size balls, flattened slightly, and got 34 cookies. Recipe doesn't say when to add vanilla and honey so I added with milk. Added raisins. Cookies are good, but not quite as good as traditional oatmeal raisin cookies, IMO. I would make these again.
