Where has this been all my life? And the next day? It's life changing. I did use a bottle of beer and a little water vs all water but I'm sure it would rock with water alone.

I used vermicelli noodles instead of egg noodles. I love this recipe! Its so great when you're craving the comfort of mac & cheese, but want a different version of it!
