This is my new favorite recipe for the bread machine. I've made it twice. The second time I replaced one cup of the bread flour with whole wheat, with great results. I was looking at the recipe, however, and noticed that it includes water, lemon juice, butter, and powdered milk. That sounds like buttermilk to me! I'll substitute buttermilk for those ingredients next time.
