42 Quick & Easy Fall Dinners

I must say thank you for this recipe! I have never made a cheesecake before and was very intimidated at first but it came out EXCELLENT and everyone loved this soooo much! I made it for my guys birthday (he doesn’t care for cakes or alot of sweets, but likes cheesecake and key lime pie) so I thought- this is perfect! I used all the lime juice as called for and had to use a different brand (Nellie & Joes) and it was excellent! Not overpowering but definitely a clear key lime flavor- really yummy! I used graham crackers, the butter but mixed in crushed pecans for a pecan/graham cracker crust. It added a lot of depth to the crust! I did need to cook it longer, and yes- it did crack but I just cooked it too long. I cooked it almost 30 min extra and prob could have done 15/20 min but was scared of it not being done in center because when I looked at it at end from recipe time, the center was still jiggly. But I hid the crack with some stabilized whipped cream. No one was the wiser, lol. This is definitely a keeper recipe and I’m going to try other juices in this recipe… lpineapple, apple or cider, orange even pomegranate…the limit of pure organic fruit juices is the limit on flavors for this! It’s soooo smooth and silky! I really can’t thank you enough and he just LOVED this and so did everyone at his birthday dinner! I’ve never left a review for a recipe before but just had to because this recipe is AMAZING! (I’m going to candy the quarter lime wedges I put in the whipped cream next time too) Thank you!!! If using a glass pan, be sure to line the bottom and sides with parchment paper or a silpat

How do I warm the rolls that I made the previous day? I made them today and want them warm for tomorrow. Thanks
