Made these yesterday to go with some pulled pork. They were really yummy. This is going into my recipe book. I couldn't find that size can of pork and beans so I just used 2 cans. Also I will cut back just a tiny bit on the brown sugar. Just my preference. They were very good though..

I couldn’t find fresh lemongrass and used the tube lemongrass found in the produce section. I added in my garden Tabasco peppers, basil, mint and cilantro. So fresh. The leftovers make killer Egg Roll in a Bowl.
