Superb. It's a real challenge to find a delicious coconut pecan icing and I dread store bought. This was easy to make and delicious. Try maple sugar as an alternate to regular sugar for added taste. Just don't make the same mistake I almost did - evaporated milk is not the same as condensed milk. Fortunately I double checked and saved myself wasted ingredients. Will definitely make again and share with others.
