Made this twice so far and my family loved it. I could not cook it on the grill, so the first time I made it stove top, second time int the oven. It didn't come out perfectly juicy..... but good enough. I was wondering if you add a little mayo if that would help in keeping it more moist?

if you don't have heavy cream what can you use to thicken it and make it taste better? I only have dream whip and cool whip on hand so how would that work since I am making puff pastries
