Top 100 Five-Ingredient Dinners

This is a really great recipe. I did not ice them. We are enjoying them plain as our breakfast muffins. They are great with a cup of tea or coffee. Also, rather than mashing the boiled dates, I diced them before boiling so I have little bits of dates in the muffins/cupcakes. This is a quick and delicious recipe. I have made these twice this week because they're soooo good.

Can I substitute whole cranberry sauce for the fresh or frozen cranberries?
