Wow, I used to eat these wheat germ ones as a kid. I could never find the recipe when I got older. Thank you so much for posting!!!!!!

This would have been even better if I had used a bigger pan. I didn't get a good roast on the corn because of how much liquid was in the frozen red peppers I was trying use up, but it was still delicious. I used this as a filling for a burrito.
