I love it, takes sometime to really get use to as we are so use to junk food an the way we think things should taste. Grandma gave me alot of fresh wheat bran. I made into a hot cereal, added real maple syrup, an a mix I chopped up into smaller pieces of, walnuts, pecans, dried cranberry and raisins. I also find adding a little cinnamon helps thicken it up. Also steel oats helps to thicken up. 2 thumbs ?? up!
How do you easily cube eggplant?
I used almond flour, greek yogurt, and lemon extract at 1:1 ratio substitution.
