Question, Should this be covered in the oven while baking?

So good! This makes a lot! I used 6 Oz of fresh spinach which I blanched in the reserved pasta water. I also added a t. of garlic salt and a few shakes of seasoned salt. I think I will cook some Italian sausage to add to the leftovers.

My can of beans was No Salt so I added a sprinkle of salt and pepper with the butter. Can't believe both my husband and I dug into the bowl for seconds! Thanks for this recipe!
