Top 100 Five-Ingredient Dinners

This was pretty good! I have a lot of eggplant from my garden and was looking for different ways to use it. I will make this again!

I'd like to use something other than tomato soup. Can you please tell me if I use ketchup, tomato juice, or tomato paste, how much should I use for this recipe and which one do you think would turn out best? I definitely want a Russian dressing flavor rather than just a tomato French flavor. Thank you.
