I’ve tried many many cookies and these are by far the best ! I use 10ounces Ghirardelli bakers chips 60% ! OMG these are next level! I haven’t just made them once or twice, I’ve made these probably 50 times and everytime I try a different recipe I come back to these ! These cookies are even great the next day which not many cookies stand up the next day it’s due to the brown sugar to sugar ratio ! Spoon your fluffed flour into your measuring cups lightly to level , a little too much flour changes these ! I found that 38 gram cookie bake at 350 in 13 minutes and give crispy edges and gooey middle after sitting 15 minutes after baking! 360 is good too for dunking cookies, crisp up the edges a little more ! Chewy the next day perfectly! Shape these cookies immediately after pulling from oven by running a glass around edges to get them about 1/3 of an inch thick and let sit 15 minutes! Best recipe out there !

For 12 standard size muffins, mix as directed and cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Stores best in a paper bag to reduce moisture. Also, if you're dairy-free, using 3 Tbsp oil instead of butter is an easy fix.
