I made this recipe as is and right up until I had to use the milk and the batter was still thick and almost dry. So I actually had to add another quarter cup of milk. I also had to melt the butter at the beginning with the sugar, and both these steps added more moisture for the batter to be moist. Also, my bananas were overly ripe and that also added more moisture. This came out delicious..
Second time making these cookies. This time I first mixed the flour and cheese and placed this mixture in my food processor and mixed it together. I then poured the melted butter over the mixture and mixed it again in the processor. I rolled them into small balls and placed in the refrigerator for the hour. These are very good, but next time I think I will sift the flour before measuring for maybe a better texture. I am serving this along with a simple apple salad. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.
