Garlic Cheddar Biscuits
I subbed in buttermilk and used a mix of cheddar, parm and mozzarella (that needed to be used up) and these were sooo good! Made in the food processor for easy mixing. Needed extra time in my oven (baked on pizza stone), checked all the boxes: cheesy, garlicy, salty, tender! So easy to put together too!

I used home made kraut. My mother-in-law showed me how to make kraut while I was in Germany. Also cut my kielbasa on a bias for visual appeal. Then I used low and slow method on the stove top. when you make your own kraut, you can make it as "sauer" as you want!
