EASY AND DELISH. MY CHOPS WERE CLOSER TO 2 INCHES, BUT STILL CAME OUT TENDER. I DID ADD ALL THE SOUR CREAM AT ONCE AS SUGGESTED, AND IT WAS MUCH EASIER THAN ADDING HALF LATER. I ALSO ADDED 1/2 TSP OF ALLSPICE TO THE SOUP/BROTH/SOURCREAM MIXTURE AND 1/4 TSP. GARLIC POWDER. ONCE I MIXTED THE SOUP/BROTH/SOURCREAM AND SEASONINGS TOGETHER I POURED INTO MY FRYPAN THAT THE CHOPS WERE FRIED IN AND SCRAPED UP ALL THAT GOODNESS LEFT BEHIND, THEN POURED THAT OVER THE CHOPS. THIS RECIPE IS SO VERSITALE. ANYONE CAN MAKE IT THEIR OWN.
