This was easy to make. Used leftover peppers & onions i had from kabobs. I sprinkled cheese over the top vs stirring it in. If I were to make again id use 2 cans of tomato sauce vs petites as I'm not a huge tomato texture fan. I'm thinking I may try this with cabbage shredded too! Easier than stuffing cabbage rolls.

I didn't have Italian dry dressing mix on hand so I made my own using an online recipe. It was 2-3x more than a store package. I used the onion soup mix rather than ranch. And I also used a cup of sweet red wine. My family said it was the BEST roast they've ever had.
