how long did you proof and bake for, at what temp?
I did what some other people suggested; I added five cups of water rather than three and used two chicken bouillon's with that water, in a separate pot I boiled two extra potatoes and then mashed them to add at the end rather than using flour, I also added half a cup of northern beans for some protien and used a cup or two of finely chopped kale rather than spinach. Yummy and healthy.
