The best bread pudding! I went to the New Orleans School of Cooking decades ago - it was delicious fun. This has been my go-to recipe ever since, that is, until I misplaced it. I was thrilled to find that you'd posted it, thank you dhummel930! Making it tomorrow using 2/3 bread, 1/3 coffee cake leftovers. I've made many variations & it never fails to be a hit.
