This is a great recipe but I did add some seasoning (1 tsp garlic salt and 1/4 tsp pepper) and as other people have mentioned, I highly recommend you heat up the hashbrowns in a pan and then use a colander to drain the moisture out. It made a BIG difference because the last time I didn't do that and the potatoes were not nearly as good! I also use hashbrown O'Brians (onion and bell peppers mixed in) and the package was 28 ounces so it was a bit more than the recipe called for. My family LOVED it! (my family dug in before I was able to take a picture LOL!)

I used to work for PH. It was ham, salami, AND pepperoni that was on our sandwiches/menu. They were on the menu for years. I remember getting them as a kid, so at least 40 years! I miss them. Gusano's has one that is practically them same, except their Creamy Italian is different. I just buy Kraft and keep it at home.
