While I have not made your specific recipe, this exactly like my Swedish Nana's recipe. I have used this pudding as a filling in a wedding cake, I have filled cupcakes, served it with the cream, and or whipped cream. Thank you for putting this recipe where others can get a chance to taste a bit of Sweden. I am serving it with lemon cake this Easter

I used vitamin D whole milk, instead of Instant Non Fat Dry milk, and baked at a lower temperature. 400 degrees, for around 25 minutes. The results were that the crust was softer, and juicier.
