Yummmm!!! I enjoy the fresh spinach better. ?? It’s good right off the stove ???? we couldn’t wait! Chilling prob half of it and definitely making more soon! I added salt and cayenne for a kick. I added 3 tables spoons of vinaigrette, Dijon, 4 garlic ?? cloves & 3 cups of the Portobello mushrooms ?????. I made sure my bacon was crunchy so it could soak in the juices after mixing and get soft. Cant wait to try chilled! Thanks!

If using a glass pan, be sure to line the bottom and sides with parchment paper or a silpat
