These are absolutely perfect Eggrolls! I make them a couple times a month! Question: How do I get them to stay turned over in the oil while frying?

Very helpful, especially since the Sure Jell box no longer contains recipes, and the website does not have the low-sugar one, though they sent me one when I wrote to them. One modification: 6 pints of whole strawberries only made 5 cups of crushed strawberries for me. I needed about 8 pints, so be sure you have more on hand to get what you need for 6 cups crushed. (The Sure Jell recipe also calls for 12 cups of whole strawberries, which is 6 pints, to yield 6 cups crushed.) I ended up with 9 half-pints of perfect jam - 8 canned and one for immediate consumption!
