42 Quick & Easy Fall Dinners

When I make these the edges always brown but the center is still under cooked. What am I doing wrong?

This was the worst stroganoff I've ever made. Velveting the beef like that in baking soda solution took all the flavor out of it.

I used salted butter, cut the salt in half, and used M&M minis for a holiday look. Made a double batch to freeze for Christmas. Also added M&M’s on top. Baked for 25-30 minutes.
