Sorry, onion does not belong in cole slaw. Tried it and it's just overpowering. Good use of pickle juice though. I used to just throw it out. With the onion, the slaw made a decent "relish" for some hot dogs.

I also added feta cheese. I’m obsessed with this pie!!!
