We’re Bean Dip junkies at our house and I’ve made several copycat recipes trying to duplicate Frito’s brand with no luck. Some come close, but just not satisfying. This recipe however, hits the jackpot! I doubled the recipe and made it exactly as written with the exception of the cayenne. It should have had 1/4 tsp for a double batch but I added 1/8 +1/16 tsp since I am sensitive to spicy foods lately. It is definitely a keeper! This will be my go to from now on. Move over Frito’s brand! I’m saving my money.

I prepared the recipe as instructed, but I did not process the jars because I added applewood smoke bacon. It is delicious! For the peppers I used mostly jalapeño and mixed some red tobasco 3 to be exact. My finger are still burning! Lol! I spent a long time looking at recipes and I am very glad I chose the Hot Pepper Garlic jelly! Thank you
For Anonymous: The tool only changes the numeral in front of the name of the ingredient, not any quantities shown in parentheticals or in the directions. But, if 6 breasts make 6 servings with about 3 pounds, it's simple math to realize that 8 servings would require about 4 pounds.
