Could you make the dough into a long loaf instead of individual rolls?

These are absolutely deeelicious!! I actually made them in my crock pot. Since I have made them before, I knew I wanted more smokey and not quite so sweet. I used 2T. liquid smoke, 1/2c. onion for the meat balls and and I doubled all spices. 1 cup for the sauce. Brought the crock pot to high until it caught up. Then turned it down to low for 4 hours.
