Top 100 Five-Ingredient Dinners

Really easy and tasty. I used cooked rice and all coconut milk with 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut. Could have reduced the milk by 2 T. Served with chicken curry.

Made this recipe however in the ingredients section it should say 1 cup of Greek yogurt or buttermilk or sour cream. The mention of sour creams is in the directions only.
