Can the lentil vegetable soup be done in a slow cooker

This recipe is delicious and has become one of my husband's favorite meals. It's on regular rotation at our house. The only changes I made were to: * eliminate the salt since it's plenty salty from the beef broth, * use 1-1/2 cups beef broth, * add 1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar as mentioned in Step 2, but is missing from the ingredients list. Excellent recipe, thank you!

I used vermicelli noodles instead of egg noodles. I love this recipe! Its so great when you're craving the comfort of mac & cheese, but want a different version of it!
