Italian Pasta and Bean Soup
I just made it tonight after work. It was my first time. I had most of the ingredients I needed except I substituted the sausage for chicken tenderloins. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but I gave it a shot. My family loved it especially my dad! They had seconds and thirds. Great for these cold weather seasons. Keeping the recipe to make again.

Has a1 ever added cream cheese? I think I will try it just b4 folding the cool whip. Another alternative I do is chop up pistachios and use those instead of pecans or walnuts. To be honest, I have a mixture of almonds, cashews, and pistachios that I keep chopped almost fine and store in a ziplock, in the freezer. I'm always wanting nut crumbs on desserts, pancakes, salad, smoothie, etc.
This recipe omits the baking powder needed for the cornbread. As a result, the crust topping is ruined without it. Don’t forget to add 1 tablespoon of baking powder per the original recipe by Christina Ferrer
