Decided to try this recipe on the day after Christmas ham…WOW! Love it! Only thing I did differently was to sauté the carrots, onions and celery in butter with the thyme before adding to the peas. Ingredients and times are all spot on! Thanks Uncle!

I made this peanut brittle and it turned out great. Except I noticed that after a few days it became gooey and stuck to your teeth. Any suggestions? Maybe no molasses. Could that have done it?
