Let me start by saying that I really can’t stand raisins. Before this recipe, I have NEVER liked oatmeal raisin cookies (and, in fact, called them the gross kind of oatmeal cookies). This recipe changed all of that. I have shared it with other raisin haters and they agree. That first step completely transforms the raisins and the blend of ingredients is just perfect!!

Step 22 is non-optional in my opinion. Instead of 3 separate garnishes, I added the cilantro & radishes directly to the mentioned "remaining liquid".
