I scaled this up to about a 9 pound batch, and it came out a little on the salty side. That being said, my measurements may not have been as precise as they could have been. But what I found with my test patty was that it went VERY well with yellow mustard. I won't fault a recipe for what could have been my mistake. It still came out great with the mustard, which I will likely include with it in meals.
