42 Quick & Easy Fall Dinners

First if all, I ?? your name "PickleLover"! I myself love pickles, even the pickle juice, LOL but they have to be dill! Second of all, the only tweak I made to the recipe was to use a 9X13 inch disposable foil pan. It came out excellent! I have to say, I LOVE the creamy texture! I ate 1/3 of eat myself in 2 days! Lol.. Only 2 out of 5 in my family like mushrooms so f course the regular recipe was never on our Thanksgiving menu. My kids wouldn't touch it but making it with your recipe it's already gone! It's definitely a keeper and will be part of our thanksgiving meal every year from now on. I thank you so much! I'm also going to check out your other recipes for inspiration! i would like to make this New Years Eve Can I make the potatoes ahead and then put them under the broiler with the cheese when I return from our 1 hour Duffy ride?
